Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy Resort booking or Tour Package-

The cancellation policy at Muro Hospitality is to ensure that once you make the advance payment, these cancellation policies are must-know for a tour package.

• If a booking is cancelled within 30 days and above, a 75% refund of the total package amount will be adjusted for future bookings.
• Booking Cancelled Within 15 Days to 30 Days of Check-In: 25% of the total package or hotel amount will only be refunded or adjusted for future bookings.
• Booking Cancelled 7 days to 15 days of check-in, no refund but adjustment in future booking.
• Booking cancelled less than 7 days of check-in, no advance refundable, no adjustment 100% of the retention amount will be charged.
• Muro Hospitality is not liable to pay any refund in case of any unused service, like if you skip any meal at a hotel or any activity like sightseeing, a taxi, a jungle safari, an entry ticket, a permit, or any other service for which you have paid but not used, which is not refundable in any circumstances.

• Processing a refund may require 5-7 business working days.
• During the refund process, you must provide your bank information or the payment method you want a return to.
• Options for refunds include UPI payments, bank transfers, and credit card transfers.
• In case payment is done by a guest through the payment gateway, it will take 10–15 working days to get a refund.

Confirmation policy:-

• To confirm your booking, a written confirmation email or voucher number from the resort is a must.
• Reservations and bookings can be done online or at the check-in time (directly).
• Check-in time: 1 PM, and check-out time: 10 AM.
• To confirm a booking, a 100% advance amount is required within 15 days of check-in; if the booking is made within a week, the total amount is required before check-in.
• To confirm your booking, a minimum 50% advance is required in any mode of transaction (bank transfer, UPI, credit or debit card, wire transfer) and a 100% amount is required before check-in.
• After receiving the confirmation voucher, the booking will be considered confirmed.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

1. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, and the hotel may charge directly for it, which you have to pay at check-in only.
2. Check-in time is 1 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM(as per resort policy).
3. It is necessary for guests to provide valid government photo identification at check-in time.
4. If you make an advance booking through any card, then carrying that card or a photocopy of it is a must.
5. We have the right to cancel or modify your reservation if we find out that you are engaged in any fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or in any case, if we find out that the reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error.
6. Your credit card will be charged as ‘‘MURO HOSPITALITY.”
7. Muro Hospitality has the right to cancel your booking due to an insufficient advance amount, which is 50% of the total tour package cost.
